May I return the item it is defective?

Yes, if the item is defective, you can return.

Do I need a reason to return an item?

Yes, you need to state a reason. It could be you just don’t need the item and that’s perfectly acceptable.

Do I have to pay return shipping charges?

If items are defective, you typically won’t have to pay return shipping charges.

What if the item is opened or used?

If the item brand new product, but it is is opened or used, RaraMart will take it back within 5 days and replace another one.

How can I return the defective or mistake item?

Please contact us from customer care menu or email us the detail, we will send the address to return the items.

What about the delivery of holiday orders?

During holidays time of return or delivery will take longer. 

Can I sell my product through RaraMart? How much is the registration charge?

To sell products on RaraMart, you must be registered trader and you should have own products and legally allowed to sale the products. Product listing fee in RaraMart is free of charge. If the item is sold, RaraMart take certain commission at that time. Currently, you do not have to pay any charges for listing products in RaraMart.
