If the product is defective or is different than you ordered, you can easily return the products. RaraMart will either refund you or replace the item. If you do not get the item even in 45 days, we refund your money. Sometimes the external conditions or factors may affect the delivery time and it may become longer than the expected time. For instance custom clearance delay, natural disaster and so on may cause delay in delivery. In such case RaraMart will not be responsible for the compensation.
To return the item, you should inform and ship back to us within 5 days from date of delivery. If it is lately informed, we are not obliged to move for return process. So, please inform us in time.
Customer has to pay for return shipping, if he wants to return it without any reason or problem with the product and also customer need to pay 20% of the price for processing compensation.
This return policy does NOT apply to international shipping. For international shipping, customer has to pay shipping fee in any cases.
